Precisely. It is illogical.

The pps is at 6 month low and they raise the AS much larger than needed with NO news to cushion. Heck, no news for almost a couple months....

So, IR is wrapping up, opening the door for many possibilities with the expanded share structure.

Will be interesting to see how many retail they can get to bail, but I suspect there are a boatload waiting to take these shares and ride them for the next big wave...
