I've said for months and months it appears that PETRON II has no intention of producing anything but, it does appear FS is in the business of acquiring. He'll either sell, go private and take our investment with him, BK and reorganize under a new name taking assets and our investment with him, or some other equally thieving prospect that benefits himself and screws investors. Either way, the way he's openly misled investors, if investors let him get away with it by not following through with the SEC ASAP, I guess the loss is acceptable. The only Big Boy Play Floyd Smith has made is swiping the money from under our feet with lies and deceit.....
