I believe your shares would be automatically tendered for 6.44 and the QVR income stream. Generally those changes take a few days to completely show up - it is very likely you would see the remove (tender) of your shares before the cash is posted. I don't hold any CHTP so I can't report what is going on in my own account.

You did not lose everything.
