Was SCOTT fired for Cause?
If NOT he gets another 5% of the OS. LOL
His stock actions killed the company, and he gets MORE STOCK.

IF he resigned. He had to give 30 DAYS NOTICE, to get his due.
Now the timing on that really looks interesting.
Then comparing it to his Public Statements. Interesting.
