He doesn't have to load up on shares.

How much money is he making being able to load up on shares and release some half ass misleading public statement

He's got tens of millions of shares, 45 million coming off restriction just in the last few months. All free of charge, of course.

How is what he's doing legal ?

It's not. It's my opinion that they're betting that the SEC is so strapped for resources that they can do whatever the heck they want in blatant violation of the law, and they'll get away with it. Steal millions of dollars.

They've gotten away with it so far, so who knows? Maybe the SEC really does consider the OTC Pinks as the Caveat Emptor Zone.
