For real, all these crazy posts can't decide if the problem is dilution because "VFIN", an A/S increase that is coming because there's no shares for dilution, or a R/S is coming, none of which go together.

Where would the logic be for the company or note holders to give up their convertible notes for preferred shares, which cleans up the books and locks those companies into long term interest in the company, only so the company can increase the A/S to add more convertible notes that aren't needed at all based on the financials which show plenty of money left? It only makes sense if they're being used as described for endorsements and to secure the Series B preferred shares to provide collateral and help grow the company so the former note holders can make profit from the agreement. They didn't do it to eventually get diluted common stock!
