Even Fallcaro's other company, GTGP, a public company, has failed to issue GAAP financials for 9 years now...

In the meantime, J3 which represents the declined acquisition, secondary to the "cooked" books
at MSE, has MORE than developed into something that even Jim did not dream. patience to the GTGP shareholders. Our time is coming imo
