But isn't this old news with different wording?
Well, it should garner a little pump on HOPE.
Gotta love that HOPE! In the mean time, I have to look at the wording on all
these other GOOD NEWS press releases on the DOD TESTING start-up.
Maybe these others were just preliminary announcements and stated as much.
