Now as for the Partnership(s) he had a few and unfortunately I knew of a few people who got roped into his web and I am unsure what became of them but I clearly remember feeling very bad for them. Most were kind and honest unsuspecting people. Bill knew of Steven's ways when Bill took over CCI and allowed Steven to rope in a few more unsuspecting folks for him to continue the craziness that Jerald Woods initially started back in the day, absent Waylinks though.
Did you get involved during the Waylinks pump that Steven was running on and on about? Not Wylinks, but Waylinks. And in case you were not aware there was a Waylinks back in the day, not Bill's new creation Wylinks; shouldn't take more than a second to figure out why that name suddenly appeared in Bill's net. Most of those that fell for the colored rocks never even caught on and thought he was saying "Waylinks" with an accent. What a shame! IMO they are both jackasses!
