Don't understand what you mean by "a drop in the bucket long term" -

Do you mean the shares MM's own are a drop in the bucket or that the 86M shares issued since November 2013 are a drop in the bucket? Hope its NOT the 86+M shares, otherwise we are all in big trouble - lol.
