And there should be nothing to change over 10 years. Although there was mention that they were working on something else while receiving the funding: Among other items, Hydra will use the start-up funds to prepare its 1kilowatt unit for production and for further development of the HydraStax® 5000 5kilowatt fuel cell. So they are making changes in certain areas. :)

Looks to me like they picked up the cardboard box (they call a business) and moved it from ARSC to HFCO
