I have seen this many time as well mostly otcbb and some Nasdaq's this appears abnormal on a T-12 yet FINRA & ((NEWL)as i have seen some of the responses and this appears to be an anomaly for them as the naked short is certainly true i watched with own eyes. With that said both sides want no liability well NEWL must take that liability and turn it into a tangible move for sharholders, Nasdaq now has to either add more codes or release this. This will reopen and when it does it does not matter what exchange freaking on mars it is going to run and run quickly to crazy #'s. no supply they tested the open two days ago and triggered breaker switch on 6k shares at .56.longs you will be fine.
