Personally I think you are underestimating the importance of the sec issue. I think this is a huge deal for much new blood coming into this equity. After most people hear about MSLP - the ones that do their research and see the ongoing inquiry they don't buy. I also think it's a problem for current shareholder who are afraid of going all in on this equity.

Sec was the catalyst to drop us from 13 to 6. I think we get at least 7 bucks back plus some once the sec issue resolves .
