During these last days temperatures have been VERY high in the area where Cartonet lives. Plus I do know that UPS (Spain) has no fridge service for all shipments while they are stocked... nor in the transportation vehicle.
It is very likely that the package was never treated as one needing cold chain... So 5 days on its own are too many for the "ice" protection Cartonet mentioned

Launch should have taken place in January??? Sure it would help
