Under gambling regulations, casinos must sit no further than 800 feet from the "mean high water line" of an approved body of water. On the Coast, casinos are allowed adjacent to the Bay of St. Louis, Back Bay in Biloxi and the Mississippi Sound. If the marsh is counted, the Jacobs site could qualify for a casino.

In the zoning map DHCC abides by all regulations making the land even more valuable today due to Jacobs directly next store possibly getting their $250million project shut down this week.

DHCC turned down a $100million cash tender off in 2007.

Time value of money:

PV: $100MILLION

FV= $137.88MILLION

So, now we now the land is roughly worth $137million in respects to time value of money.

Averaged share price $3.45

Financials are coming + site approval. Stock could erupt like 2007 went $3.00 a share over night
