Sorry I have to do this guys, but because BLUE posts nothing but nonsense I had to respond to this one. The amount of common stock that the hedgies own is still but a fraction of the shares. I guarantee you there are way more shares here owned by nervous investors and day traders who would simply rather wait on the sidelines then take a gamble. Can you blame them? Not really. I am long on my position and I have confidence in the justice system. The sell off you've been seeing is nothing but a downward trickle on no fundamental change. The majority seems to lack faith in the justice system, even when our odds in court are looking better by the way. Anyone who has been in this game for awhile won't sell due to the investment thesis and potential upside that lies ahead. I expect this downward trickle may continue in the short term, but with the RSI at it's lowest level in months, expect a big player to be accumulating big positions.
