They will but the dilution needs to slow down or end... Think about it.. When they released that CBD news with hemp this should haw bounced.

It didn't because of the dilution. It traded sideways for a bit while the dilution continued at a 'reasonable rate'

When dilution is done this will fly... There is no doubt about that.

I agree though. The PR needs released soon.
