LOL, believe it or not I too am a mere mortal. The DTCC are definitely not user friendly, on purpose. They don't like mortals.

It is accurate to that date, I know I have been slacking but other than todays new tickers there have only been 3 other notices for suspensions since that last update and they are also posted here as to when they were applied. I just have to add them to the list.
