Ackman bought about 1% ?? (10 million shares ??) of Fannie Mae at about 3.50 average price with a swap agreement with UBS. If there's any loss based on closing price Acakman will pay that loss to UBS in addition to the interest on the money invested in Fnnie Mae for Ackman ??.
