BMI, you called the AS increase ahead of time. We all acknowledge that.

My post was in response to your claim of insane dilution cuz of the GG deal. My point was that there possibly wouldn't be a need to increase the AS JUST FOR THE GGI DEAL, when there was a chance we could finish it out while staying under 4B OS.

Obviously they needed more AS, but it sure aint cuz of GG dilution as you claimed.

My post stands: We could be done with GG completely and still have an OS under 4B.
