Because they can't get any financing. Bad debt no bank will give a loan. This is toast IMO

Well you wanted the company to put out PR's instead of social media updates right. IMO, they may use the money to promote the business. PR's costs money and that why they was only using FB for their updates. Now they have money and are putting out actual PR's.

I dont know but if they dilute a little to increase the share price 500% at a time I would think thats a nice tradeoff.

Some people cant be pleased...
