John and Chip are the ultimate 'flippers'. The only difference is that they get the shares for free.

Or the 40% that is owned from inside ownership?

And why do they call it an 8k? Is that a form to let the public know they are releasing more O/S?

bmi, how many of the 2.1B extra shares went to GG, and how many went to the open market? Do you know?

I'm wondering cuz your making it sure sound like that's where the new 3.3B OS came from, selling by JF and Chip to the open market.

GZ got over $7M from GG before 12/31. That very well could be where all the shares went, not from selling to open market.

Just a thought.
