I don't see any amendments filed with NVSOS for Preferred A's, do you? Even if they wanted to file changes to Preferred As, they couldn't do it because Manu would not agree. This is how control shares work. So, this is a clear violation of Manu's rights and also improper issuance of Preferreds to Shapiro.
