Thanks for posting, I believe someone on this board said that the CTO will be lifted towards the end of the week. They've probably submitted the stuff and now waiting for the lift. Brian told me they hired professionals to deal with it, thank god for small favors. You could contact Canadian Securities Administrators at [phone] and quote decision number 2014-FIIC-0171 if you want, but it takes quite some time and I've wasted too much on it already.

I think eventually it will be resolved, it's just a waiting game. I believe Brian tweeted a while back that they would be advising investors of the timeline for the CTO and when it will be lifted. I don't think he's posted anything new, though I don't keep up with Twitter,the whole hashtagging / tweeting business drives me mad.
