I had a thought. If Brad is in bankruptcy, won't his stock in RDXM get taken away? And, if so, he doesn't have any real reason to do anything for RDXM. It is hard to believe that Brad would go through all the effort to get RDXM relisted if he doesn't have a financial interest in it any longer.
