I would like to quote what the AD AGENCY STATED on 6/23: "The commercials are bought and paid for they could air today tomorrow or everyday we help the client purchase the channel package and do production once we hand over the commercial to Viacom or any other network they have to air it. At what time they air the commercial is up to the station because some stations have direct clients they run commercials for directly which will have a spot over other commercials which in turn will cause them to play at displaced times."
