Well, there's not much to discuss or debate when nobody can get in touch with ol' Kolt....

Nothing more on American Heritage. trade15 did go to their office, it had a door with their name on it, but locked and no one there. He hasn't had a chance yet to go to the Ontario Corporations div to check on directors etc.

To date I've not heard of anyone being able to contact them.
