Just for clarification how is this buyout going to happen?

In the past I have been bought out and I had to do nothing... it was a "stale stock" and I had not been watching it for some time, then all of a sudden I was out and $xx money was in my account. Others I had to put a sell order in during a certain time and they pick them up in lots. Others I had to fend for myself and if I didn’t sell, I was out of luck...

As much as I'd love to believe this, I am not going to. I don't know "dogcatcher" personally, but there have been many people of the MANY months claiming to have heard from DOG via email, etc....but the news they were purportedly given, NEVER EVER EVER came true. Dog seems far FAR too cuatious to let inside information slip through and meaner carelessly via the internet/email.
