You were buying all day long back at 02 cents and were wondering why others don't see what you see. This is as much of a POS now as is possible. RS on the horizon and lawsuits and a possible halt is next. But hey it's your money just like it was your money at 02.

Ya, MDNT will file a response. However, I think the court could award some of what Manu is asking for: $10K for breach of fiduciary duties and to void Shapiro's 40MM Preferred. The latter is very easy to prove that Shapiro is not entitled to them and that those were not properly issued to them. As for Manu's request to dissolve Medient, I don't think it will be granted.

I do agree and wish I had more funds available right now. There are two sides to every story. (two sides to every case) I am also waiting for rebuttal. I'll bet on the Koppelman/Paterson/Shapiro Side on this one. They had all better get together and iron out their differences Pronto! (Or they will all loose out)
