No, they stated they ordered the full 100 servers and expect to start receiving them in three weeks. They did not specify that they would be set up in three weeks, as they receive them the servers will be added to the mining pool.
Just stating this process is more complex than setting up your home computer, many obviously don't realize that from the impatient posts.
If they were not going through with this the update today would not have been what we saw. They were poking fun at the impatient people is my guess. IMHO GL
