Was in the 14c on the 13th and in the pre before that (2nd, I think)-I presume they had to do it prior to the NACSV acquisition, although I haven't looked at the share structure in awhile. They gave ~650K shares in the acq. deal and had about 102M outstanding. The officers/main holders had ~53M leaving around 50M to "pay out." Maybe restructuring for bigger deals?!?
