Here's the difference between Google and REVO. When Google buys a company or enters an agreement & they give you the name and being a massive player in the industry and if we are using confidentiality due to giving away proprietary information as an excuse to keep it quiet...wouldn't it be more critical for them to do so??? We can keep making all of the excuses we want but in the end the reasons will become clear...

Ali knows that when you all find out that EYETALK365 LLC is the licensee and there are no subs...they open themselves up to a huge liability when shareholders start to sue or talk class action. That's also the reason for the delayed 10k and pages of CYA statements. It's no more complicated than that.

REVO patents are worth less than $2m, bluejacket.
There's no need to guess, or speculate.

If google is willing to pay 555 million for that just think what our patents are worth.

REVO states in the 10-Q that the licensee received a 60% interest in the patents, in return for cancelling $900k of debt.

REVO can project millions, billions or gazillions in future income, but $900k bought a 60% interest. That means the current patent value in the deal was $1.5m

Plain and simple.
