Trading as if it were bankrupt or on the edge. Wait until the dust settles! I feel that this will be settled quickly. IMO Jake knows SEC Rules and Regulations. Koppelman has strong compliance background. I feel that the current management will win out or there will be a meeting of all minds. (too many shareholders could get hurt in this one if it doesn't get resolved quickly)

Cheap for what the company is $millions in debt with no cash and only a hope and a prayer the will make money on a film. Still no named distributor in sight giving the upfront payment a distributor provides on a movie they are distributing. As far as we were told MDNT is distributing films themselves and that is a joke concept to say the least IMO. MDNT
I understand ppl want to make a killing buying cheap shares will only drive it down more, but who the hell can deny that a market cap of that size is where it should be. Valuate the stock price correctly undervalued tremendously
