Thanks - I did answer now.

I really think that Ben should consider filing a letter of concern to Judge Sleet about the 17 months wait - and yet still no decision on WMILT's Motion to Dismiss.

I did phone the Delaware District Court and was informed the the matter - Motion to Dismiss - is still under advisement. The Court Clerk did suggest a letter of concern to Judge Sleet.

There are States - such as Texas and California - that have to render a Decision on a " Motion to Dismiss " within a 3 - month period. This 17 months wait is ridiculous when the Statute of Limitations could run out in Sept 2014 for filing a lawsuit against JPM on the basis that the LTW's Agreement should have been ratified under the Purchase and Assumption Agreement between JPM and the FDIC.
