REE is a no brainer, was going to say your target was too low but you did put the + at the end, lol. Seriously all the rare earth plays are looking up and I suspect they'll bounce with the market. You know I like QRM as well but it could also be time to check out the red-headed stepchild of the group in AVL. REE however is the class of the trio IMO.
