No, what happened was a whole bunch of investors thought they were getting into the stock that had all the answers and the one that was going to be the main one shooting sky high. It's not ARSC they should have bought but HFCO. There was no manipulation, just people not thinking straight at the time. Now we have new bag holders of a stock that will be reverse split shortly.
