Funny that THAYER let the BUSINESS LICENSE EXPIRE right after raising the A/S from 3 billion to 10 BILLION.

The common excuse is that shares are used for expansion but without a business license that doesn't hold water. HMMMM what other purpose is there for an extra 7 BILLION shares? Common sense tells me the answer to that one.
