they have had nice revenue growth, except last quarter when their plant was shut down for most of the quarter for a retrofit,hence the stock price had suffered! A recent filing that may have brought on the recent increase in share price was that 2 private investors bought 5 mil shares for 1.2 RMB per share(Chinese currency) I ran that thru a currency exchange program and it came out to .15 US a share! they will use the proceeds to pay off their CD with Cornell,this is a pretty huge positive step for the company imho
