Again, you mention a lawsuit filed from 15 years ago which was DISMISSED because it had NO MERIT. Because it had NO MERIT, the lawsuit was NEVER refiled. As a SHAREHOLDER of that company I would think you would have ALL THE F.A.C.T.S.
