We all guess wrong in penny's. It just the schemers like Berge that tell you they are for shareholders but their sneaky deeds reveal the truth after the fact. That is what makes this one so hard to swallow for most I suspect.
The blatant two face Berge saying he cares for shareholders to drag them in as his real friends and partners dump shares and make all the dough.
Especially when he says he isn't like all the other OTC CEO's repeatedly. He is worse I don't see any of the other Pinky CEO's going out of their way to pretend they are legit.
Anyway GL with your other trades. It is a minefield out there.
