I think a more plausible explanation is that they are about to go belly up......not much real happening here for a long, long time. Personally, I don't believe for a minute that they have any customers or jobs, and my experience in the industry says that start-ups won't be awarded a commercial or utility scale project unless they can demonstrate the ability to perform......Tom's never demonstrated an ability to perform at anything but BS. He claims to have some new great financial model, but that's pure unadulterated BS meant to lure people with little or no knowledge of the PV financial market into his scam. The truth is, everything he's ever done falls into the scam category. He's living large on our money and has no intentions of ever doing anything productive with XsunX....as soon as he has something to blame his failure on (he'll never take responsibility himself) he will file and close the doors for good......suits me, I've had enough of this bad memory.
