tr8 - that is as of 12/31/05 - if you read the top of the filing it says as of 2/01/06 their are 330 million shares O/S. They increased the O/S by 120 mil+ in 1 month.

And that does not include the recent S-8 - so now there is another 20 mil. to deal with.
