It was just pointed out to me that the conversions are based on the lowest CLOSING price and not just the lowest price of the day. SO HMMM. Don't know what that's about. GO BRGO!!

I feel the same way. And I feel sorry for the Bid-sitter that paid a commission for that 2 cents worth of stock. What a shocker THAT must have been!

Thats how you get rid of your last remaining shares. To avoid haveing to file a worthless stock at tax time and can claim the loss. Cause you showed something being received in the sale yet commision exceed the recovered funds. But its a true LOSS that gets accounted for.
