Well if Ed Never worked for ORRV and has Never been associated with ORRV. Then it stands to reason that Ed is not the problem with ORRV.

The Problem with ORRV is Management. They sold all their boats and dive equipment.Looks to me like ORRV doesn't want to be in the salvage Business.
