Same reason this went from a chapter 11 to a7 and then back to a chapter 11. How can this happen without a POR?

...HYPOTHETICAL HARVEY was POR #1.....$200MM in "litigation proceeds"....

...apparently, the FDIC-R accepted the HARVEY framework but scaled down a few payouts (BS, for example being on the front end of the $200MM)....................

...so the FDIC takes HARVEY and shrinks it to $120MM +/-......pays off Claimants 1-7 with $60MM and throws DOG NUMBER 8 the balance..............$60MM, less the 32% for BS and the EMPs leaves the dogs with about $40MM.....................call it $1.25 p/s on the final SD payment.....................
