If you read it right 20% of the 700,000 shares per year so it is 140,000 dilution each year starting 2014!!

And dilution is still dilution no matter how long in the future they are!!

That is why most TUT's use diluted shares for their estimate not actual O/S!!

But I guess maybe you did not know that!!
