I am happy with my .015 today. As for "they had better hurry since 2 other refineries are in the works for the same area". We're not talking about a Subway franchise here. I doubt if 3 new refineries, in the same area, will cause a drop in oil prices anywhere in the world. It would definitely be a plus in the US since we need more capacity.
