So why are they sitting on their rumps doing nothing except diluting the STOCK! If this amazing BOD crew was so good at financing they WOULD have arranged financing! Surely they are not so inept that they SAY HMMM screw financing lets issue stock! I mean the share price is so high now. It seems like the right thing to do?
