Colorado momentum and media attention, investors all wanted in on the green rush. Momentum died out eventually as you saw the entire sector get cut in half but one thing people don't keep in mind is the fact that even after the crash most of the stocks were/are at a higher PPS than they were before the spike up ever happened in the first place but than again a lot bought at the top so they are looking at losses atm.
July will bring back media attention and I see the sector getting a rise up slowly like we had with Colorado, we probably won't see the same 500-1000% gains though as most of the stocks are at a higher PPS now so the gains most likely won't be as significant as the last run up. I do however believe over time more and more companies will get shut down or separated from the real winners of the sector, those winners will see significant gains opposed to decent gains from hype.
