More than likely the indecisiveness of
the feds to revamp their policy. IMO, NY coming on-board the MJ train, is a major event that the feds cannot ignore. It is only a matter of time before MJ is reclassified and turned over to the states. When it happens, it will be swift and the scramble to get in on this new industry will turn into a frenzy. I think this will happen before the end of summer. VPOR STRONG!
